The Quality Management System of SOMAT – služby spol. s.r.o. was certified in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2000 in the year 2005.

Due to SOMAT Umbrella transformation into SOMAT Group a.s., and due to some process changes it was necessary to re-certificate the Quality Management System. As a concurrent process we have decided to complete and implement the Environmental Management System. Both systems were  integrated into a united management system and its certification proved in July 2010 that integrated management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 in relation to:

• Real property and facility management and real property and facility management services provision
• Real property and facility management supporting and administrative services provision
  
• Advisory, consultation and designing activities in real property and facility management
